Yeah, I know the two aren't really related but I figured I'd put them in one post.
First, I am looking for a place I can take to have a small stain removed from my reception dress (it was a sample) & to have both my ceremony & reception dresses pressed. Would anyone be able to pass along some recommendations & wouldn't mind giving me an idea of prices.
Also - I had my wedding shoes dyed & loved the results & just wanted to share because I know I've seen posts about some not so good experiences in the past. I look my shoes to Lake Mary Shoe Repair & Alterations & they did a GREAT job. Plus it was only $15!! I brought in a color sample and they matched it almost exactly. Now, I will say - give them a date EARLIER than you actually need to pick them up by & call before you show up. I was told it would be ready on a Monday, then a Wednesday, and finally they were ready the following Monday. I didn't care & was in no rush since my wedding isn't until March & overall it only took a week and a half to have them done, but save yourself some gas & call first.
