  There is a place I know but it isn't in PG, its in Calvert... is that too far?  I am in southern PG and the drive wasn't bad at all.  Its a vineyard and they just finish construction on their new Tuscan style building.  I attended a wedding there in April and it was ideal.  Check out Running Hare Vineyard.  The owners are very friendly.  Hope it works well for you.

  I am not sure of the price but you can try Newton White Mansion, is on enterprise rd on route 193. it is consider Bowie, MD. That place is gorgeous! good luck

  I am getting married at the Newton White Mansion and I'm in love with the venue...
  
  make sure to ask your friend what ther budget is because the NWM does not provide catering, decorations, or a planner...those are important that can make your budget go up alot.
