Two DIY projects-PIP

So this weekend I finished up two projects that I actually started several months ago. Here are pictures of my cake topper and some floral pomander type things. The N and B are a light purple and the J is a dark purple.

The cake topper is so pretty! Sparkly+purple=AWESOME to me!

Were the pomanders hard to make? I'm debating on makin pomanders or paper cones with flowers for the pews...

Did you order your topper from crafty eddy? If not where did you get them? Im a glitter/sparkle whore

DirtyWater Yes I got the topper from crafty eddy. I broke it when I first got it but with a little love and some tears I got it back together.

DeadUtopia - The pomanders were really easy. Just took time. I actually used wiffle balls from the Dollar Store. I just used hot glue on the flowers and stuck them in the holes on the wiffle balls. It was also pretty cheap. I didn't want to put too much money and energy into because I am hanging them above the dance floor so no one will be looking at them close up. This is where I got the idea from.

I love your topper! What size rhinestones did you use? I just got my topper from Crafty Eddy and I am about to order rhinestones for it but cannot decide what size to get.
