500 people, outside catering & byob!

Hello! Recently got engaged and I'm looking for a venue that will accomodate 500 guest (450 would be the lowest). Also I would like to have a traditonal asian 8 course meal, therefore i would need a venue that allows outside catering. And also BYOB would be a big plus.

    Your best bet would probably be a hotel ballroom or conference room, but I'm not sure about outside catering/BYOB. Check out the local vendors list for austin here on TK.

    Congratulations on your engagement and good luck with your plans! 500 guests is a TON lol!

    Congratulations!! I agree a hotel ballroom or conference center would be best. Sometimes when it is a cultural food menu they will allow outside catering!!!

    Hey, I know you posted this awhile ago but I wanted to mention Creekside or the Salt Lick's Pecan Grove. Both of those I know can hold a ton of people.
