I just wanted to ask everyone to share their stories on how they started their workout routine, what the first couple days were like, and what keeps you motivated ? Any diet changes? Basically, anything and everything about your weight loss/getting healthy journey so far!!
I noticed the girls on the workout accountability thread seem to workout a lot and although I hope to get there one day, I wanted some motivational stories on how you started and how far you've come!!
