  I'm paying for our entire wedding myself. FI already contributes as much as he can to our living expenses. So, I've been saving and saving which has been difficult the past few months as we keep having big expenses come up...(oven broke...bathtub broke...toilets broke...ah, the money pit!)
  
  So when FMIL offered to pay for the cake 2 weeks ago, I was very grateful. Tonight, FFIL (divorced) offered to pay the bar tab...I'm elated (and grateful)....totally helps a lot.
