I'm curious to see if anyone wanted to share what their something old, new, borrowed and blue are or was for their wedding. Personally, I love this and enjoy learning the background/significance behind these items.
Something Old: My promise ring. FI gave me this promise ring on our 3rd month anniversary when we were dating. He promised me many beautiful things and has kept his promise to me

To some people it may be cheesy to have a promise ring but I love mine and will wear it on my right hand (where it currently is now).
Something New: My beautiful wedding dress and lace-trim cathedral veil. I plan to keep my veil and save it for any future daughters, future daughter in-laws, or close family members who would want to wear it.
Something Borrowed: A mantilla from Spain. My Godmother is lending me her son's mantilla (got it from Spain during his years in the Navy) which she sowed the entire cloth with delicate pearls. It's more beautiful than I could ever image and we will use it for our ceremony.
Something Blue: I'm still undecided as to what it will be but FI likes the idea of adding the words "I do" on the back of my shoe soles and he will have on his "Me too". He thinks it would be a great picture for our photographer to take.
