I did not use them, but I did get a quote from them... IMO, they were kind of expensive, they told me the lowest price for even if they just did bridal party flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages for the moms/gmas) it would be $1,000 minimum, and that did not include any additional decorations around the church or the reception centerpieces.

i agree with nikki fee ...

i opted for going with the flower girl. she works out of her home, is super nice and very reasonable. now that i'm so close to my wedding i'm starting to wonder why i'm even spending the amount that i am on flowers. they will be beautiful, but i leave for my honeymoon 2 days later so i won't get to enjoy them very long ;-(

Same with pp, I've heard they can be pretty pricey.

We went with Amy from Victorian Gardens and she did an amazing job. And I was shocked at the pricing compared to all that we got. My friend, who is getting married this weekend, is even using her after seeing what she did with my wedding/and how much it cost me. You can look in my married bio for pics.

I have a friend that used them for her wedding a few years ago and absolutely loved them. They were too pricey for me, but I have heard rave reviews about their work.

We're using Russ with Changing Seasons (Indep, MO) and are super excited about seeing his drawings come to life! I just recommend going to any florist with a budget in mind and a bunch of visuals so they can see exactly what you want. The flowers I originally wanted are too expensive, but I will still be getting the same beautiful look without the price. Plus, my mom is highly allergic to a lot of flowers, so I had to take that into consideration as well.

I got the same message as nikkifee when I requested a quote.  We are going with Clara's Flowers and she's been great so far! We actally have our final meeting this Friday to get all the details sorted out1

I think it all depends on your budget and needs!  I met with 3 florists and I liked them all, but my personality clicked with one more than the others and she was a little more informative about the flowers and prices.  (Kelly from Monarch Flowers and Events)

I got a $10,000 quote from them online....needless to say I didn't go with them. I noticed they had four dollar signs next to their icon too, unlike some of the others. I'm sure they do a great job though.

I am using the flower girl, too!  She has been great to work with so far and her work is absolutely beautiful.

Russ was at an open house at The Elms this past weekend. He had the whole room decorated with his stuff. He does the flowers, tables, linens, lights, etc. We're using his beautiful centerpiece ideas, table covers with layovers, and uplighting as well - and still mangaged to stay under $1500..... I think one of the best things about Russ is how up-front he is with everything. He'll tell you how much he pays for the certain flowers you want (in my case - calla lillies) then he puts it into perspective when it comes to how much you actually want to spend. The lillies are way too expensive, but I still get some of the flowers I want (orchids). The only downside I think is when he tries to get you to sign him as your photographer. That's like asking your dentist to work on your car.... it's all "mechanics" right? WRONG! I want professional photos of more than just my flowers and my dress - and I just don't think he can deliver that.

We are more than happy to have him give us the wedding of my dreams with his floral decor :) HTH!!!
