Veil Alterations

Hi everyone!
I'm looking for some place that would alter a veil at a reasonable price. I want to wear my mom's for something old but it's three tiered and only really want one. The wedding is in Sheboygan, I live/work in Milwaukee, and my FI is originally from Green Day so my options in terms of locations is pretty wide. I'm just looking for some recommendations.

    I had my veils custom made (2 layer finger tip and a cathedral), a shrug altered, and 2 flower girls dresses made from a lady in Sheboygan. She only works with formals/bridals. Her name is Sarah Ratzloff, phone number is 457-1602. She works out of her home and did a wonderful job.
