BM dress vent with ??

So, We ordered dresses in the beginning of January (I really wanted them ordered in Decemeber but I was having sizing issues with FSIL...but whatever not mad about that...)  They told me they'd take around 12 weeks to come in.  Cool whatever, expected...

Well I called them about two weeks before I was heading home for my bridal shower just to check on the status. They told me they're set for arrival around April 27th...Awesome, they'll be here for me to see a few girls in the dresses before I leave! YAY!..No call to verify that they were in.  I waited because mom and I were going in to finalize tux decisions...They told me again that they're set to arrive in a week.  By May 7th...still not here...called last Thursday, dresses arrived at store & need to be processed & make sure everything is good to go & I would get a phone call within the next few days for the girls to come pick them up...peachy...awesome FINALLY!  Well, it is 1 week later, still no phone call...I'm getting worried because I have 1 MOH in TX and the dress needs to be shipped to her & I would like my BM's to have enough time to set up alterations & what not.  I don't want things to be last minute...last minute drives me CRAZY!

 I'm getting really annoyed and frustrated that I keep getting the run around.  I'm about ready to take my tux business somewhere else...I already have my dresses for my BM & MOH's weddings in August...(granted 1 was from DB and only took like 2 weeks to come in so I'm not counting that one).  The other is a Bill Levkoff dress (my wedding is Jasmine Belsoie). I also understand that different designers take different times, however, the salon shouldn't be giving me the run around GRR....

So here are my questions:

Am I overreacting?
Should I call them again today to find out what the dealio is?
Does everyone have their BM dresses in?
How long should alterations take? (I've only been in 2 weddings & I just needed a hem or no alterations, but a few of my girls will need a little bit more than just a hem...)

    Am I overreacting? <font color="#008080">No you are not overreacting especially because you need to ship them to some girls to have them altered.

    </font>Should I call them again today to find out what the dealio is? <font color="#008080">Yes I would call everyday until they are ready!!  And give them some attitiude!!
    </font>Does everyone have their BM dresses in? <font color="#008080">Yes and all of their first fittings are done.  2nd fitting is July 5th.
    </font>How long should alterations take? <font color="#008080">It depends on how busy the place is where the girls are getting them altered.

    LM, my girls also have Jasmine Belsoie BM dresses and we ordered them in January and they came in on May 1. Yours should DEFINITELY be in by now!! You are definitely not overreacting! I think alterations depend on what's getting done.  It shouldn't take more than 3 weeks though.

    Honestly if I were you, I'd keep calling them. I'm such a pest when I expect something to be here at a certain day. They keep changing the date and it annoys the heck outta me when people do that. I'm not the most patient person in the world though.

    I agree, definitely keep calling them every day! 

    We do have our BM dresses in, but only two have had alterations completed, but the only thing any of them to need is a hem, so I'm not too worried. 

    I'm sure it'll work out and be fine, but don't feel bad about pestering them. They are the ones not doing their jobs right.

    ok good!! haha I just called them, she said they were steamed yesterday and that they're ready to be picked up =) bahahahaha!!! YES!!

    OH! and I also got a phone call that my wedding band is in! I just got back from picking it up & calling the salon! woot!!

    My girls' dresses aren't in yet.  They ordered in February and told me they'd be in at the end of May.  Now it's mid-June.  Wtf??  Luckily the wedding is late in July...Stupid Bill Levkoff dresses...
