FI's ring came, so excited!

My FI's ring came in the mail last night! Now that we both have our wedding rings it seems so much more real for some reason. I can't wait, and I think it's so cute how excited he is to wear his ring. He's like, "Everyone knows you're taken because you get an engagement ring, I want something to wear for our relationship, too!" Haha so cute! We both tried our rings on last night (I hadn't even put mine on yet) and ended up wearing them for about an hour and it was so fun! Anyone else worn yours for more than a couple minutes yet?

Don't have one yet, but that's exciting! I put a down payment on FIs a couple weeks ago and I was pretty happy about it.

That's exciting! FI found a ring he likes but I insist on buying it and it's going to be a couple more weeks until that's possible. =( But, I guess it's a good thing because we need to be 100% sure on sizing. It can't be resized.

I have only worn mine for about 15 minutes. I'm not allowed to wear it any longer =P

I'm glad I'm not the only one who likes to wear mine! I think I'm going to put it away and try not to put it back on until the wedding. The wedding band and the band on my engagement ring are basically the same, so it was a little funny to see how much more banged up my e-ring looks next to the shiny new wedding band!

My ring was part of a matching set and the wedding band is currently being paid off, so it still lives at the store. FI had a good idea of what he likes, but I can't afford it yet so it's not picked out.

My grandmother, ratted me out and told FI, that I know where his hiding spot was and I wore it all the time when he wasn't home.

Without me knowing he brought the wedding bands to his mothers house to keep in her safe, FAR FAR away from my evil little hands. So he says.

My mother told me the nuns at the place she works had it for a while. I cant wait to have them blessed by my priest. I hope he sticks around until then. He's not doing so well. And it would mean a lot to me, since he married my grandparents, my parents and a bunch of my friends.

Ahhhhh so exciting! We haven't gone yet

We are probably going to go some time in April/May because I have stuff planned literally every weekend (some wedding related but most not) until then. I wanted to use my tax refund anyway to pay for the rings so I guess it works out.
