Just had my 1st dress fitting....

and the total came out to more then expected. $200.... I'm a little disappointed but hey the dress has to fit! ; ( 

Some good news... I got an RSVP in the mail today!

    Depending on what they had to do that doesn't sound too bad.  I'm thinking (and hoping!) that mine isn't anymore than that.  Saturday we shall see!

    I'm really hoping mine doesn't come to that much. I hope I'll just need to put a bustle on it, and maaaaaybe take it up a bit....
    At least it will fit you properly! It seems like it should be worth it.

    yes and you will look soo good in it when it's done that you'll be thankful you invested that much!

    my total was more than yours ($325) but I budgeted $500 because I'm totally on one end of the bell curve with womens sizes...i'm only 4'11 and even though my dress came in a "short" length, I still have to trim the bottom with my 4" heels...plus my body is just weird.

    I'm seriously afraid to know how much mine will be. Originally I thought it just needed a bustle....no biggie! Come to find out its going to have to be let out. I'm seriously praying she can make it fit at all! While she is confident that she can I'm a nervous wreck!

    She had to take in from the sides and the dress was long so she had to shorten it. Also add bustle and cups.... does that sound like too much for what she is doing?
