So after my last post about house hunting and being frustrated I talked to my fiance about it, told him how I was getting anxious and didn't want the right house to dissapear on us because we were too slow. Well we got his aunts email and I started emailing her the houses I was looking at.
Last night we went and looked at three houses in the town we wanted to live, two in the complex we were in-love with. We have a limited budget of $100k, so we are a bit limited and we will only by 3 bedroom so there is not much out there. But this complex is amazing.
Well we fell in love with one of them, 3 bedrooms 2 big living rooms, 2 bathrooms, our own little yard, a lake and paths near by, and no crime in the area, we even met one of the neigbors and so nice.
We are putting an offer on it tomorrow it was listed for 115K but just today they lowered it to 100k so we are going to off 80k and have some wiggle room to negotiate. This house has been on the market for 3 months and it is bank owned. No other offers are on the house yet so praying that all of this means this will be our house!
We figure if everything keeps going smoothly it is the House God wants us to be in, and if it doesn't work out God has other plans for us. Truely trying to put all my faith in God on this.
