Bachelorette Party Ideas

Here is the situation.  My sister is my MOH and has recently asked me about my bachelorette party.   She asked if I had any special requests.  I went blank.....  Does anyone have some ideas for me.  The crowd that will be invited isn't big on bars, strippers (ew), fast scene, etc. 

I know my sister loves me and wants to make sure I get everything I want, which is why she is asking.

I thought about a nice evening drinking wine, playing games and just socializing, but in the back of my head, I feel that I might regret this.

What did you do for your party?  Have any suggestions for me to give my sister.  Bottom line is, I have no idea what I want.  Surprised

I am open to all ideas!

    I am not big on the whole bar scene either.  My bridesmaids got together and decided to take me to the Grand Junction Wine Festival instead.  I think it will be a blast to have a mini girls vacation.  If you can't get out of town and are in to wine tasting, I know there are wine tasting tours that you can take around Denver that are supposed to be a lot of fun.  I also like the idea of having a good old fashioned slumber party.  I don't think you can go wrong as long as you have fun.

    in response to the prior post, the winefest in Palisade/Grand Junction is a blast!  You will have a lot of fun!  Make sure you do the grape stomping & get pictures! :)

    Other b-party ideas - weekend up in Breckenridge or Estes Park, a cooking class at a place like "The Kitchen Table" (Greenwood Village)

    Sounds like you might enjoy a something like the comedy club.
    I am not having a party this time, but for my first wedding I went to an outdoor mall and stumbled from bar to bar with some girls from HS. It was really horrible, and at some point in the evening I ended up being escorted out of the men's bathroom. Ah... the memories...

    I don't think you'll regret it if you do something laid back.  I didn't have a bachelorette party at all, but if I had, I think I would have done a girls weekend in Glenwood or Breckenridge or something.

    My MOH and I (I am her MOH a month after my wedding) are discussing a sporting event we love hockey and also they haveVIP boxes at Broomfield event center or whatever they are calling it for roller derby you can party hard or not and its definitely different.

    Do you something you enjoy, don't do something because you think its expected, you will regret that more....

    If you are still looking for ideas:  I'm not that into the bar scene either, but my girls took me ot SingSing downtown Denver.  It is right by Coors Field.  It is a bar, but it is very different.  They have dueling pianos.  It was tons of fun and the girls that were into drinking could drink, the others could just dance and laugh at the drinkers.  There were tons of brides-to-be there when I went so if you want to be the only one, it is not the best place.  I thought it was nice because I didn't feel so dumb in the tiara and veil they made me wear!
