Help stuck on plateau need 20lbs more to go

Ok I am stuck on my plateau....scale has not budged in like 2 wks getting very frustrated. I would like to loose another 15-20lbs

My friend suggested bumping up my intensity...and I know I do have to do that. She suggested that insanity dvd set, but I just do not know about it. For 1 it looks EXTREAMLY hard and I know I will not be able to do half of it. 2 it is very expensive like what $130 or something.

Does anyone have any suggestions and or reviews on insanity I would hate to waste $ and I cannot even get past the first 10min of it.

I only have about 30-40min M-F to work out in the  late evenings. I was doing the BL DVD's and Gilad in between.

  • You have to try Insanity. If you have some tech skills, you can find the workouts online and stream them using torrents. That is what my fiance and I did. The workouts are hard...but let me tell you, if you want to see results, this is the way. It's super high intensity, but it pays off. I would definitely recommend trying it.

A great tip i heard to break through a plateau...do your work out backwards...if you do cardio first then weights...do weights first then cardio....you are obviously doin the right thing because you have lost weight...but by "shocking" your body it will trigger the weight loss to begin again.

  • Join the 90 day Body by Vi Challenge.  I lost 6 pounds in my first week.  The shakes by themselves taste like cake mix and are amazing, but can also be mixed with other things to create shakes that taste like apple pie, peanut butter cup, etc.  When compared to other products on the market, Vi shakes are lower in calories and carbs and have no added sugar.  It will taste great and leave you feeling fuller longer.  Check out this website and let me know if you have questions :)

With Body by VI, your goal is definitely possible.
