  • finally getting back on track. hosting a baby shower for my sister this weekend so hopefully i dont eat too many of the goodies im making for it. lol. i know ill eat some and thats ok...just not going to let myself go overboard.

  • This is my first accountability entry, and I'm excited!  I think this'll really help me.

    B: 1 cup of rice Chex (is it weird that I like it dry? Probably.) = 2 points
         20 oz. VitaminWater Zero = 0 points
     
    Snack: 8 oz. 1% milk = 2 points

    L: 1/2 deli roast beef sandwich (w. mustard on an onion roll) = approx. 4 points

    D: TBD (probably the other half of the sandwich plus a salad/Italian vinaigrette)


    Total: 8 points

    Target: 22 points

  • Morning! H and I skipped our P90X workout yesterday, but that's okay. No guilt. :)

    B: egg white (0), green onion (0), 1/2 c ff milk (1), ovaltine (1), 1/2 grapefruit (1)
    S: 2 wasa crackers (2), 1 can tuna (2), 1 T light mayo (1)
    L: 3 oz lean ham (1), 1 slices lf cheese (2), 1 tsp dijon (0), 2 slices whole wheat (1), 2 c mixed greens (0), 1 T lf balsamic (1), 1 c strawberries (.5)
    S: Hawaiian Delight Smoothie (3.5)
    D: Tortilla Free Burrito (2), 1 c Progresso santa fe soup (1), 8 baked tortilla chips (2)

    E: P90X Kenpo

  • Morning!  I'm going to work really hard to eat well this weekend.  I've been having a really hard time saying no to temptations.

    Favorite- I skipped Yoga yesterday.  I worked til 7 pm and after that 90 min of anything wasn't in the cards.  I'm keeping track of what I do and what I skip so I finish all the workouts at the end.

    B: PB Choc Banana smoothie (5)
    L: Yogurt with protein powder (4)
    S: cherries and grapes (2)
    D: shrimp fried rice (8) with lots and lots of veggies
