Kroc Center Grand Rapids, MI

Has anyone heard anything about the Kroc Center in Grand Rapids? How are the prices? It works for me as far as how many guests we will have but i'm wondering how expensive it is?

    I think I've heard it's fairly reasonably priced.  I don't know that it's in the greatest part of town though.  I think I've also heard that you can't have alcohol there.
