Good morning ladies,
How did everyone do with their weight loss / get in shape goals? Any victories or setbacks to report?
Me: I worked out 3x last week. FI also bought an ab machine that is really good at working the lower muscles. BUT last night I had BBQ. I promised myself I would not eat anymore red meat until after the wedding. But those ribs were callin me. *SIGH*
I don't even want to get on the scale today.

mkay, well I've already taken one for the team, if we're doing denial monday, you need to stop me earlier than 11 o clock. lol. BUT I HAVE A LEGITIMATE EXCUSE!! {yeah i'm hollerin} we went to a wedding on saturday and she beat the caterer's ass do you hear me? we had filet cooked to within an inch of its life, the sea bass was like butta and the dessert buffet? well. *smooths skirt* I realize the mini chocolate shake chasers she had for the children didn't help but what the hell kind of guest would I be if I didn't fully support?
paying for every bit of that deliciousness. I promise I'll extra zumba when I get home.
I accomplished my 3 weight lifting days last week. I felt like one of the guys!
Setbacks- I had friends visiting this weekend so we did a bit of eating out. Not too bad but more than I should have.
Looking forward to keeping up the weight training!
Good morning Ladies!
I worked out 4x's last week. The best workout was Thursday and Saturday morning! I am down 13 lbs so far which puts me at 138 so that means 10 more to go....cardio cardio and toning is all I am working on this week.
Setback-Bae and I went to a new restaurant in town and I had a brownie a la mode....oops...it was sooo good too...then yesterday after church I had a BIG AZZ PANCAKE with a seafood omlette....Workout today is going to beat my butt!!
I am maintaing my fruit, veggie and preotein diet. Its been hard with no snowballs, rice, sugar, bread, and pasta...But I am tryin....My goal this week is to lose 5lbs!
Today food wise - not too bad but I could have done without two slices of bread with Nutella. I'm just going extra light on dinner to stay within my nutrition goals.
Exercise wise - I've got a date with my gym buddies tonight and we have a new fitness routine to master!
Can I just say...I'm really nervous about staying on point
I will get on my game this week.
