You can always call the school and ask, but I know they aren't always the most responsive (luckily, you deal with your caterer for everything after you book), but what specifically would you like to know?

What is the rental fee? Does the rental fee differ depending on what day of the week/weekend you plan on reserving? What is included in the rental of the facility, tables, chairs, linens, etc. or is that included in catering vendor?

I believe the rental fee is $2800, which covers the rental of the space and 2 mandatory Bexley police officers for security.  Linens, plates, glassware, etc. will be provided by either caterer that you choose (Berwick Manor or Mass Appeal) and are included in their fee.  In my opinion, Mass Appeal is great to work with, gives you a little more and is cheaper, but we were unfortunately so extremely disappointed when we went to their tasting that we went with Berwick instead who has been really great to work with thus far as well.  If you want this place I'd suggest jumping on it quickly -- they book up fast and don't allow you to book during the summer months.  Good luck --- it is gorgeous!

    Do they allow liquor?

We are having ours at Walters Commons too.  You can bring your own liquor which should cut costs in that area!  You get the venue for the whole day (until midnight) and in some cases if there is no event, you can get in the night before.  We had almost the exact same experience with Mass Appeal vs. Berwick.  It wasn't even a comparison when it came to the tastings.  We are really excited about Berwick, they have bent over backwards for us thus fa.  EVERYONE I've talked to that has used them for their wedding has raved about them and would use them again in a heartbeat.  Both caterers are good in terms of customer service, but I think Berwick's food is best.
