NWR: What's your favorite things about your FI/Hubby?

Let's talk about our wonderful men....what do you love about your FI or hubby? What makes him special in your eyes and how he captured your heart?

  • Ohh I like this! Well, besides him being extremely attractive and exactly my taste in men. I fell for his intelligence and how much we had in common. We had the same interests (History, Disney, Harry Potter lol), we both wanted to travel. And he was so traditional and loving. He really wooed me, and wanted to meet my family. We'd been dating a week and he heard I'd be gone in 3 months for a week and the next day pulled out $1000 and put a deposit to come with us. When we begin dating I truly felt like I'd found my soulmate.

Yay! Ummmm...he's pretty awesome! But I love that he is goofy like me. We are totally hams together and play off of each other's goofyness. He can always make me laugh and he's also super caring, he has high integrity and is just a good guy!

Oh and how he won my heart was his persistance! We were friends for 2 years before we started dating and he asked me out on a regular basis and I kept saying no, deep down I liked him but I wasn't in a place that I was ready to date someone because I knew with him it would be serious. I had ex hang ups and didn't want to drag that into a new relationship. So he patiently asked me out over and over and over again. I know that since I put him through so much crap and he stayed by my side he will always follow through for me!
  • Well after being single for 6 months after a 2 yr relationship, I was ready to start dating again. After several disastrous dates, I actually had fun at this one. At the end of the date, he didn't go for a kiss but instead kissed my hand. Swoon!! And after only dating for 3 months, he stepped up and was my rock when my mom passed away. He rushed from work to the ER, stayed with me all night at the hospice, and held me at night while I couldn't do anything but cry. And he takes my crazy/odd self and loves it.
