Need Your opinions on Bach question

Hello, my friend is getting married and she is pregnant. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for a bachelorette party for a pregnant girl. I want to do something fun for her but not sure what to do. Anything local or even NYC.. I would appreciate any feedback. Thank You

Maybe a pampering day, like going to a spa or something?

Well, depending on HOW pregnant she is, spa day, or just mani/pedis would be cool. Maybe a show down in the city? Broadway, off broadway, Wintuk (Cirque de Soliel), etc. A nice dinner, or brunch? One of the scavenger hunts down in the city would also be cool, here are some to check out:

Like Melissa said, HOW pregnant she is will make a difference.

1,2 or 3 months along is a bit different than 7, 8 or 9 months!

The spa day sounds nice, but will she enjoy that as her bachelorette party?

My sister was three months pregnant for her friends bach, and 4 months for mine.

Her friend went to the Awesome 80's prom for her night out and for me we went to dinner and dancing in Mt Kisco. My sister enjoyed herself, but was a little bummed that she couldn't drink.

But if your friend is up to it, other than bar hopping, she could pretty much do any traditional bach party activities. She just can have flavored iced tea with dinner, and not the king from long island!

A karaoke night and dinner can also be fun if she enjoys that.

Or a comedy club, or listening to a band. Or a broadway show. (Even the Westchester one would be good if she doesn't want to travel far)

Again, the first few months just go easy on the drinking aspect. Like, don't go to a place where everyone is doing shots. But if she's in her 8th month, the spa might be the best choice.

    Good luck!

I agree with a Spa Day.  I did a great Bride-to-Be package at Oasis Spa in Dobbs Ferry, right off the Saw Mill.  Even better for her would be a Mommy-to-Be massage. There are also lots of great Broadway shows right now, as PPs suggested.  My friends and I went to see Tony and Tina's Wedding in NYC in June and had a great time for my Bach. party. GL!

    i say spa day.
although no one was pregnant, we did it for my friend's bach party and everyone, including her, loved it.  we rented a van and did the whole day...it was great.
