Rentals in Knoxville

Hey fellow brides!

I was wondering if anyone could give suggestions on really great and well priced rental companies in Knoxville. I'm looking to rent a tent and chairs for an outdoor ceremony and then tables for an indoor reception all at one site. I'm looking at around 350 guests so it needs to be reasonable for a large number.

Also, tips from past brides/current brides...what size tent do I need for just simple row seating for that many guests? I'm horrible at estimating sizes and I need help!

Thanks!

<div>Hi,</div><div>I'm in California, not Knoxville, but I did find a tent, chairs and tables, (heaters too!) at <a href="http://www.rentalcomp.com" rel="nofollow">www.rentalcomp.com</a>     They have information about rentals in every state.   It's a great site that let's you look at all the options and compare them.  You can contact the vendors directly to get specifics about each rental.  They can help you with size, etc...</div><div>Good luck!<img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-smile.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /></div><div>

    Whoo another Knoxville bride! :)
As far as rentals around here, I am using All Occasions Party Rentals. They are a pretty popular choice, and are more reasonable than places like the White Table.
Other places you can look into, and will be able to help you with tent size, etc are:

I looked at campbelltent but wasn't sure. Turns out we aren't renting a tent now we are going to do all indoor so we just need to rent about 40 tables! WOOHOO! So much less to pay for! Haha I did look into All Occasion as well and I was thinking that was probably where I would end up renting from because I've heard their name alot!

Oh well that's good, cuts down on the cost a lot! We were going to go the tent route too, but that went out the window when we decided on July...way too hot for me! When are you all getting married?

I don't know what your venue is, but did you see if they have tables that you can use/rent?  I know my venue provides so many, but you can pay for extra.  Congrats to you other Knoxville brides!  I am one of those crazy people having an outdoor wedding at the end of June.

    I'm a Knoxville Bride, too!! =)

I've used All Occasion for numerous events in the past and they rock!

I agree with kiki about checking with your venue.  I know that some of All Occasion's guys will come back after work and set up the tables/chairs they delivered for a very reasonable price.

    Good luck!

JMash- I agree with it being too hot! We will be getting married in June and I don't do well with the warm.

Kiki/Lb- I did check with the venue. I'm getting married at the church I grew up in and they only have 12 tables right now but they have given me the name of people they have rented from previously as well.

Seems like All Occasion is the popular choice though!

June 2013? I think the only other thing to keep in mind, is that AO and several of the other party rental companies won't deliver/pickup on the weekends.  You can pay extra for them to do that though, but just something to keep in mind, as some venues won't let you store your tables/chairs there until the following weekday, but sounds like you won't have that problem.
