Hey! Hope everyone had a lovely day. It's dinnertime here- having chicken fried rice from Hamburger Helper. Then it's time to study for my shelf exam on Friday and finish up all the busy work for my psych rotation.
Hey Rachel! Your dinner sounds good, I have another two hours before dinner time. Can't figure out what to make.
We're planning our first annual pumpkin carving bash here at work - the three businesses in our lot are hosting it. It sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun and something good for our little community here.
Good Evening! Just got home from class, ate my first full crockpot dinner of the "fall" season (tomato and chilies beef on cilantro lime rice), and am now watching Big Band Theory until I digest enough to have apple crisp a la mode.

<div>Hmm, those sound tasty. Never heard of them though, which is saying something. My did grew up on an apple orchard, so he taught me a lot about apples when I was growing. I'll have to ask him about those types.</div>
Pink Lady are in the Paula Red family but the pearl ones are completely new to me. I've never seen anything like it. just a random fid at my local organic market.
Mmm... apple crisp...
We managed to get all the rafters up for the shed. It was a crazy, scary thing to do, but good neighbours made it a little easier.
Then we sat by the bonfire and chatted for a while. I (a non-drinker because I haven't found anything that I really like to drink) had a vodka, key lime, cherry thingy. It was pretty tasty.
If I can get my internet to work a bit better, I'll post some doggie pics...
