day of coordinators in md/va/dc?

Hey ladies!

Another question I wanted to throw out there:

Is anyone gonig to be using a DOC for their wedding??
 
Does anyone have any recommendations for the dc/md/va area? Our wedding will be in Baltimore, MD. I'm looking for someone resonable and someone who is farmiliar with South Asian weddings...

    We will have a DOC for the wedding, because I do not want to worry about things going wrong that day and just be stress free.    I am not in your area, so I can't recommend anyone.  Sorry!!

    My DOC is from NYC, so I dont think it would be of much help but she does travel if you want to hire her.

    Whose your DOC?  I saw this planner from NYC and I love her work who is in NYC.  How is the cost of travel handled for the DOC?

    Hi Hinaj

    My planner is a newbie, she is not advertised I hired her after I learned what all she did for her wedding and how, I was estastic. I have to say i am using experienced vendors but then I have new vendors who are just amazing at what they do and I believe they should also be given a chance. For example, my photographer and my cake baker been in business for only a yr but are amazing and ppl ask me about them all the time!

    That is awesome Nicky, that you got good vendors, usually it doesn't happen that way with newbie vendors.
