my little sister's fiance received a job offer in singapore and they are planning on going to the JOP to get married before the leave. we want to throw them a going away/congratulations on getting married party with 20 of our friends and family. we have a very small budget...any suggestions on rooms at restaurants or bars that can be rented out that are reasonable? or any parks that have good sheltered areas? or any clubhouse type places i haven't thought about?
