Weekly accountability

I ate out ever day this week due to a business trip. It was easier than I thought to eat only half the portion I was given and managed to resist temptation of sweets and pear ciders.

Got 4 workouts in which is better than I expected.

  • I've been good with portion sizes and I've been exercising every day this week. Sweets are my weakness though!
  • I've been terrible recently.  I even made some of the most delicious cookie/brownie/reese's things.  >.<

    I've gotten super lax about my diet because I know I can't lose more than a couple pounds or my dress won't fit.
  • My eating has been good but not great, and I worked out twice this week... I'm going to go workout now!
  • My eating has been pretty good, lots of fruits and veggies!!  My workouts need to be upped a bit, but my nephew has been around (he's 15 months) and I have been playing with him everyday!!  I make my arms into a swing and "swing swing, swing swing, swing swing the baaaaabyy" (I sing while I'm doing it lol), and I also sit on the edge of a couch or chair and lift my legs up so they are straight (feet together), nephew opens them and walks up to my thighs, and I "trap the baby" lol!  So i am working my arms, legs, and abs during my leg lift game!!  I occasionally have him sit and hold onto my legs, and I lift him up using my legs lol!  Babies are good workout weights!!
