Its a long story and i will do my best. Two years ago I got engaged and told my hair girl that i was going to for 4yrs that i wanted her to do my hair and five other maids. I would pay for her travel and time. She works in the Regis Salon in the Merritt Island Mall. No contract, just a verbal one. Which was stupid on my part BUT never did i think she would do this. So this past January I did my hair trial and did my usual cut and color. We got all the details together, she told me she usually doesnt do this but because i am a loyal customer and is excited to do this for me she will do it as a favor. Mind you still that she would get paid for going to ORlando. Im not like that to not give. So this March i went in for another hair trial. I wanted to wait for my hair cut and color right before my wedding. She kept bothering to call and to make appointment. I was very busy these past two weeks with familiy coming in and last minute stuff. But was gonna get my hair done. My friends knew i needed to do this so they surprised me with a girls day out. We went to West Palm and went for dinner and drinks and then took me out to the spa to get a facial, hair color and trim! So i wouldnt have to spend the money and so we could hang. I called up my hair girl to tell her what happend. She was fine and said that was nice what they did but was annoyed that someone trimmed my hair. I didnt know only she could touch my hair. Strange. I get a message on my phone and its her saysing she was cancelling on me. Now, remember she wasnt representing the store she was doing this on her on time. BUT still unprofessional and rude to do this to a bride, me, a loyal customer. She gave me no explanation except cant get over the fact "i went somewhere else". Ummm my friends took me out! So in the end i called my DOC and found another girl to do my hair. BUT i called corporate and the manager on this woman. Hope she gets in trouble. She cost me alot of money to find someone last minute. I went to confront her and she said she couldnt talk to me. I took a bottle of whatever and threw it on the ground and told her there is a place in hell for her and she is a rude little pig. She told me to talk to coroporate, corporate told me to take it up with the hair girl herself because she wasnt representing the salon. So no one wants to talk to me and sit down and tell me where the problem was. She told me to call her at home. I have her number but i called right after she left that message and she didnt pick up. After 6yrs this is what you do to a loyal customer? Im hurt. And will not get an Im Sorry from anyone. I wouldnt go to any Regis Salon. She did this to me 6 days before my big day. As a human being, how does she live with herself? Am i missing something girls?
