  Someone has a flag up by FI's house that says "Wine a bit, you'll feel better!" I smile everytime I see it. Kinda lame, but it still makes me giggle.
  
  If there is a wine shortage at my house, I find that bacardi and coke does a fine job.

  Second the sleeping pills.  Chronic insomnia will make you insane. When it's bad, I sleep with both an Eeyore and dolphin.
  
  Mashed potatoes with butter, and cheese added as desired. Warm cookies.
  
  A hug from John.  He gives bear hugs, like no other.
  
  A visit to my parents, a hug from Andy (a phone call, if a hug isn't possible) - how can this little man not make you feel better???
