What time is/was your rehearsal?

I had the option of picking 4 or 7:30pm. We thought 7:30 may be pulling it too close for dinner. So we picked 4. But I was curious about what others chose.

My rehearsal was on a Saturday. With confession and Saturday evening mass already scheduled, we could only have the rehearsal early on Saturday (like at 2pm) or at 7:30pm. So we did 7:30pm because earlier would have been tough on a lot of the WP.

Eta: if 4pm was an option, I would have chosen it. Our rehearsal dinner was awkwardly scheduled because of the 7:30pm rehearsal.

Ours is at 6, dinner will be at 7. We didn't have an option, the other Saturday wedding people had already chosen the 4pm rehearsal. (But I would have chosen 6 anyway)

Ours is at 6:00 on the thursday before the wedding (which is on Saturday)...I wanted it on Thursday so I could relax and enjoy the rehersal dinner without having to get up early the next morning. Dinner will be at 7:30.

I just went to a rehersal dinner on Friday that started at 5:00...my FI and I were late since we couldn't get out of work!! But we were the only ones so I guess it wasn't that bad. She wanted to do it later but couldn't because of stations of the cross.

ours was 5pm, dinner was at 630pm. it was a full hour for the rehearsal and we had a small group, but we also had confessions heard afterwards. 5 of us went (me, H, my sister and our moms).

Our rehersal was right after the Saturday evening mass and started about 6:15 pm. It took about an hour and we were at the restaurant by about 7:30 pm.

Ours is at 4. We had the options of 4 or 6:30, and I felt like 6:30 was going to push dinner (which would be close to 8 when everything was done) too late for the little kids and grandparents. The rehearsal dinner will probably start at 5:30.

Ours is at 5, and we have the dinner scheduled for 7, so we don't have to worry about rushing.

Ours is at 4pm on the Friday (Saturday wedding)
We couldn't have it later as there is Holy Hour that Friday night.

Ours was Friday before the wedding at 6:30 PM. Dinner was around 7:15; we had a pretty quick rehearsal.

I think ours was at 4 or 4:30. Our priest had to get back to his own parish for 7pm mass and he set the time. The church we got married in has 3-4 rooms/halls that it rents out, and we just had the dinner there! The caterer was the same as the wedding and it was so relaxing & fun.

Ours is going to be a little odd...we can't have it the Friday night before our Saturday wedding because my groom won't be here with his son until after 8...and the priest is going to be gone several days before the wedding, so...I think we're going to have it sometime the week before. We haven't decided for sure.

We didn't have an option... ours is on the Friday before at 3:30 pm... primarily because there's a daily Mass at 5:00pm and a wedding following immediately at 6:00pm! We'll be doing our rehearsal dinner nearby at 5:30pm.

we're having a saturday wedding and we're having our rehearsal at 7pm on friday. we'll have dinner right after. our priest figured it would take at least an hour for everyone to get there from work and we didn't want people to have to take time off.

We had our's at 6:30 on the Friday evening before our wedding, Dinner was at 7:30. It worked out well becasue everyone had time to get out of work and relax a little before being at our rehearsal. We could have had it on Thursday evening, but since everyone in my wedding party had to work Friday morning I didn't want to keep them out on a week night (our dinner wasn't over until about 11) and since our wedding wasn't until 6:30 PM on Saturday I didn't have to worry about getting up Saturday morning.

Ours is at 7 on Friday and dinner is set for 8 at a place that is very near the church.

We had originally picked 7pm but then we thought it would be better to switch it 5pm so that we wouldn't be eating too late and rushing to get to the restaurant after the rehearsal. The rehearsal will be the Friday before the wedding. The only bad thing with moving it up is that a few people might not be there on time because of thier work schedules.
