Wine Box Ceremony Help

My fiance and I have decided to do the Wine Box Cermony, but I can't seem to find a place to prder the box from. I want it to be the kind that locks with two keys and to have it customized with our wedding date and names.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

We got ours on etsy. We ordered the type where you nail the top shut, but there are several vendors that do sell the kind with locks. Here are a few links:

Also, I know you didn't ask for this, and you might not need it. But, if you are still working on this part of the ceremony, this is what our officiant read during our wine box ceremony.

Libby and Ryan have chosen as a couple to perform a Love Letter & Wine Box ceremony. This box contains a bottle of wine, two glasses, and a love letter from each to the other. The letters describe the good qualities they find in one another, the reasons they fell in love, and their reasons for choosing to marry. The letters are sealed in individual envelopes and they have not seen what the other has written.

Libby and Ryan, if you ever find your marriage enduring insurmountable hardships, you are to as a couple, open this box, sit and drink the wine together, then separate and read the letters you wrote to one another when you were united as a couple in marriage. By reading these love letters you will reflect upon the reasons you fell in love and chose to marry each other here today. The hope is, however, that you will never have a reason to open this box. And if this is the case, you are to open this box to share and enjoy on your fifth wedding anniversary!

Oh my gosh Libby I love that! My fiance and I are having a wine themed wedding and have discussed doing a wine box, but were having a hard time figuring out how to incorporate it into our ceremony! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the way you and your husband did yours! I hope you don't mind I think we will probably be stealing it :

Etsy is always a good place. Or find someone you know who is crafty. Our best friend made ours for our wedding gift. We are actually going to put our vows in the box with our wine and on our aniversary open it and read the vows to each other over a glass of wine. We are going to keep it a tradition and do this on our aniversary but rewrite our vows for the next time we pop open the box.

We didn't have a wine box, but we did have a wine ceremony during our wedding with custom engraved glasses. It was so beautiful, and meaningful as wine is important to our family too.

We had a decanter in the middle, and one glass on each side of it. One was filled with white wine, and one with red. Each of us took a glass, raised it to the other and said a custom toast, then poured it into the decanter. After the wines were mixed, the decanter was poured back out into our two glasses, and we toasted 'to our lives together' , linked arms, and drank.

I carried the theme of mixing the two colors throughout my entire wedding. My bouquette was white and red, and our champagne toast at the reception was with a rose champagne.
