NWR- Rent

I was hoping you could give me an idea on average rent prices.  My sister (who recently moved to FL from MA) is starting to look around for something to rent.  She found a brand new 2 story townhouse for rent in Lakeland for $850.  I'm assuming it's 2 BR (she has a daughter).  Does this sound like a fair price?

    That sounds pretty good to me. I'm not too familiar with the prices in Lakeland, but I'm pretty sure they're a bit lower than Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater.  But I could be wrong.  But a townhouse for $850 sounds pretty good to me! We rent a 1200 sq ft condo for $850 in Clearwater and that is considered a steal (if that gives you a better idea)

    I went to college in Lakeland, and it will be cheaper to live there than in Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater. I rented for years in St. Pete, and to find a decent place to live will be close to a $1000/month for a one bedroom (and probably a very small one bedroom). You don't get much for your money either.
