  I found some NYC taxicab ones, but no luck with Lady Liberty. You could probably create them by buying a bunch of the little statues and fastening a picture clip or round, decorative, metal paper clip to them.

  if you get little statues you could make the place card more of a sign to hang across like the sash or something.
