I'm looking to rent these for my wedding. Has anyone ever seen them at a rental company? Or does someone own one that is willing to rent it to me?

I don't know anything about renting them, but you can buy them from Target for $20-$25 each.

I've also seen them at HomeGoods/Marshalls and Ross too.
