So, the post from the other day got eaten... boo TK.

What do you have left to do? What big checks have you finished recently?

I won't ask if you're getting excied... because, duh! That's like asking someone if they like their teeth in their mouth. HAHA!

Ok... I met with my caterer today and we finalized a ton of stuff on the list (beverages, food, etc). I now know what I need to do my DIY centerpieces... Should be able to finish up with that this week. I did name hangers for my BM's earlier this week. I am working on my mason jars for my shepherd's hooks (see topic DIY Opinions?) and I am going to work on bouts this week. That's all for my DIY list!

My dress was done but I wasn't totally happy with the tailoring once I got my bridal pics back (I guess this was my biggest meltdown...) Luckily I had time to get it fixed- She had my dress fitting more like an A line than a drop waist... She should have it fixed by next Monday- that gives me plenty of time to get it cleaned/pressed.

I also should have my final head count by next Saturday. I wish I hadn't given people so much time, but oh well. I'm going to start bugging the hold outs at the middle of this week.

-Timeline for WP

-Final dress fitting

-Print place cards

-Print/tie ribbons on programs

-Write thank yous for our parents, WP, etc... to go with their gifts

-Pack for the wedding and honeymoon!

-OOT Bags

Recently finished:

-Seating chart! Woo hoo!

-Finally got our last RSVPs in

-DJ song list submitted

-Final meetings with caterer, florist, and photographer

I'm sure there are things I'm forgetting, but this is what I can think of anyways. 3 weeks from today- so excited!!

Um... I don't have anyone to do my hair yet. Seriously.

Finishing the DIY escort cards today.

Need to make 40 pinwheels (after I figure out how)

Need to practice our first dance a few million times

Finish the DIY modified picture frame we are doing for family pictures

Need to draw out the order where everything will be

Need to figure out how to get the escort card holder to stand up (due to change in placement table)

Need to finalize guest list by Friday (and figure out alcohal)

Need to figure out how to mail all this stuff 900 miles.

Eek... that's enough for now

Just scheduled a haircut for FI for the week before.

Finished the ribbon wands

Both model cars are almost done (FI task) and just need to do the ribbon for the rings

Hmmm..I'm in a really good spot now...got everything ready..seating,last count...just gathering bathroom baskets...final dress fitting that I'm dreading...my dress last time was literally just fit...so my only real anxiety is that! Btw we going to Rivera maya too but staying at Valentin!

Everything is pretty much done. Waitng for my backorder favors to ship- this has me a nervous wreck. Picked up jewlery and hair fascinator yesterday. My biggest issue at the moment is finding my mom shoes for her dress. And we still haven't picked a first dance song.

We are just going to Atlantic City for 2 nights right now. Major renovations going on in the house, we are planning on going to Disney for 1st anniversary.

Im so stressing

Have to finish bouquets
going Monday to get our marriage licence
have to finish getting rest of mason jars and gravel for centerpeices
grab a shepards hook for at cermony for bubble basket
have to ribbon up the bubbles
convert my earrings to clip ons (tomrrow yay)
get those last few people who arent answering me...grrrr for final count for caterer by this week comming up
pay off hall monday
figure out a timeline in" stone" for bridal party
get the hair accessories I want
make a list of must have pics for photographer
get bridal party gifts
...im sure im missing more..but this these the main things im stressing over lol

We're going to Spain for our honeymoon....SO freaking excited. Yayyyy!

Left to do:
-Hair trial, makeup trial
-Programs (print, emboss, ribbon)
-Card box

-Finalize rehearsal dinner food

-WP and parent gifts
-Shop and pack for honeymoon

I guess my list is shorter than I thought! Oh my goodness it's getting so close I can hardly stand it.

Still waiting on 2 guests to RSVP (which we gave them until the 4th) then well have the final head count. Once we get that we'll pay the venue and get the seating chart printed. Think thats all we got left!!

really feeling very prepared. I have a couple of signs to make/print out and I need to write thank you notes for bridal party, pick up FI's ring (it's being engraved and should be done by wednesday), decorate the cupcake stand, confirm a few RSVPs (we gave them until the 1st) and pack for the honeymoon. So glad we are having a fairly small (~75 guests) wedding.

We're headed for Nags Head, NC on the 20th!

Not too much left to do!! Well, that I can think of right now! Assemble favors (Grooms favorite, Peanut M&Ms), bake and decorate cake (Yep, making it myself) and decorate the church...
I figure anything other than that, that doesn't get done wasn't meant to be part of our day anyway. We said we wanted a small and simple wedding, and that is what I planned!! Getting so excited to start our life as a married couple!!

Not going on a honeymoon, we just don't have time to get away with his work schedule. Maybe for our 1st anniversary.
