  • B:  watermelon, toast with preserves, egg + egg white
    S:  broccoli/bacon salad
    L:  ST ckn francese, roasted green beans, cantaloupe
    S:  fruit salad, cheese stick
    D:  pizza and salad (out)

    thinking about getting a brownie and coffee from the cafe...  Bax kept us up last night and I am draaaaaaaagging.

    E:  30DS L1, grocery shopping (lugging heavy groceries around burns cals, right?  RIGHT?)
  • B- hot chocolate, oatmeal with strawberries
    L- soup of some kind
    S- apple
    D- not sure either past and marinara sauce with a lentil burger, or taco night
    S- chex mix

    E- abs workout

    L: Leftover crockpot chicken stuff (293)
    S: Apple (72)
    D: Not sure yet. Didn't take anything out which was not a good plan.

  • they are out of brownies at the cafe.  I am irrationally saddened by this.  :(

    I shouldn't have caved with the bagel. I had one yesterday too. No self control whatsoever!

    D- leftover crustless mini quiche cups with spinach and mushrooms (so good!)

    E- sleep?  I'll probably do one of those quick pinterest workouts

    S: Sugar-free vanilla soy latte w/an extra shot of espresso (135 cal)
    S2: Beef Jerky (120 cal)
    L: Turkey and swiss w/mayo and baby spinach on sandwich thin, carrots, pear (371 cal)
    S: 1/2 cup LF cottage cheese + 1/2 a mango (157 cal)
    D: No idea

    E: Cardio X (HRM: 420 cal burned)

    net before dinner: 696
    will try to net around 1500, so I've got about 800 cals for dinner. A drink is in order :)
