    I've been feeling so lazy about getting back into the habit of working out it's horrible.

  • I weighed myself at the gym yesterday, and I was down 1lb from last week. I didn't even want to weigh myself since I ate way too much on Easter Sunday, but I decided to hold myself accountable, and I'm glad I did! I've only lost 2 lbs since I started trying 3 weeks ago, but I've been working out a lot too, and am definitely building muscle. not a big deal, but I was very happy (and relieved) to see that number go down :-)

    B: Coffee with cream and sugar: 282
    L: 2 eggs in a flour tortilla with 2 tbs salsa: 258
    D: Homemade pizza, 2 slices: 606
    S: Either a Skinny Cow ice cream bar, or a small apple with 1tbs PB: 160

    This is why I make myself workout in the morning. I would never be able to motivate myself to after work.
  • I can't work out in the morning. I have to be at work around 6:45 and I can't workout in my apartment (with neighbors below me) that early :(

    I already have to be up pretty early and since FI goes into work later he is still sleeping so I need to be quiet.  Working out in the morning may work when we have more space in the new house though.  I usually workout right after work since I'm home by 4:30 it's just getting back into the habit is really hard.

    That would be a challenge. I get up at 5:30 for my p90x sessions. . . but then I dillydally around my apartment for and hour and a half after I finish. So I roll into work 8:30-9 depending on the video for the day. We have people below us, but I think our floor is pretty solid. No one has complained at least. <div>
