Rehearsal Dinner

Okay ladies I'm not sure if anyone else has posted about places to hold rehearsal dinner at. My FH and I are trying to figure out what places we can hold our rehearsal dinner at that's not too far from our venue. We are getting married March 2012 and our venue is located in the Briar Forest area close to Westhiemer. So what resturaunts do you ladies know in that area that we can hold our dinner at that's not to expensive. We are feeding a group of about 25 people and that's my wedding party, coordinator, pastor and other special attendants. We don't have any out of town guests so we are only doing this dinner for wedding party. So what do you ladies recommend

    We're having ours at Pappadeaux's restaurant. There are several in Houston and there is one close to your location. We're having ours for about 20 people at the one near Tomball.  I know it's a chain but they have great reviews, all of my family is from Louisiana (so they love the cajun food), and they also have banquet rooms. We're in the process of booking it now. For a friday night it's a minimum of $1000...but you will easily spent that with 25 people.

    You have great restaurants in Town & Country. There is an Escalante's (I'm sure they have a private room), there's Fleming's steak house, The Tasting Room (heard this place was delish), Brio Tuscan Grille, Cyclone Anaya's.

    Not far at all from Briar Forest.

    My mom's restaurant has hosted many rehearsal dinners, baby showers, bridal showers. It's very relaxed and fun. It's called The Original Marini's Empanada House. It's in the Carillon shopping center. Just throwing it out there. :-)

    There is a Churrasco's restaurant right there on westheimer and gessner. we had our rehearsal dinner there and they have a few private rooms to choose from. food is delicious too!
