Ok, so I've been trying to figure out something to get both sets of parents as a gift for the wedding. Unfortunately, my fiance and I don't have a ton of extra money lying around and I can't even begin to show my appreciation for all they have done with a gift. But, I thought maybe I could do a "night on the town" kind of gift for each set of parents. I was thinking a gift card to their favorite restaurant and to a movie theater (and then also a framed engagement picture since we never got around to printing them haha). I thought it would give them a chance to go out and enjoy themselves after the wedding but it will be realtively inexpensive for us. What do you think? I also got the mother's (and my dad, but that is going to be a special moment between just us two) an embroidered hankerchief for the day of the wedding. I know it is the "thought that counts" but I just feel like I owe them the world for all they have done (especially my parents)!
