Good morning Ladies! Been a while since I have been here...

As of now my fiance and I don't have a new date. It will be sometime in 2014 around the summer...sooooooooooooo how has everyone been? Congratulations to everyone that has gotten married recently! Miss you all (well the ones I know) and [WAVES] to the ladies I haven't met yet!

Hey Sissy,

Its good to hear from you. I actually thought about you on Sunday because a friend of mine is having a similar issue as your FI with his house. He is a bit vexed so I shared your story and told him it will all work out. Stay in prayer, everything will work out when it is supposed to. God has a major plan for you! Just think now you have all this time to save more money for that dream wedding that will be soooooo beautiful!

</div><div>Awww thanks for thinking of me! Tell your friend to tell her FI to DOCUMENT everything! As of now he is in the mode to sell the home because it is so much drama with it. But with it being caught up in a lawsuit I dont think he will be able to do it. But other than that I know that God has major plans...this minor setback is setting us up for a major come up!! I know I think about my "future" wedding and sheesh I get semi excited...only semi cause its hard to get excited about something and can't go through with it!</div><div>

<div>Thanks hun! I am not sure because the contractor doesn't want to sign off on the remediation so that the city can approve the house. Basically they didnt complete the remediation in 90 days and on the 91st day the contractor (Moss and Knauff) was supposed to pay him a settlement for not having his home completed. They didnt complete it until Jan 28, 2013 and straight up said "Eff what the law bindidng contract said we aren't paying that settlement." Everyday that he is out of his home the settlement increases.So they owe him from October 25, 2012 to present. He is not the only one that is enduring this so we just have to let each case be heard and awarded</div>
