Invite Wording Question

My FI parents gifted us money for the wedding (all the money). I was going to word our invite:
Bride Name
&
Groom Name
request your presence at their wedding....

I wanted to do it that way so I don't want to throw my parents under the bus but is it rude to not actually use my fi parents names?

Also when you do the 'bride name' & 'groom name' what format do you use: first middle last or just first middle??

I think you and your FI need to ask his parents how (and if) they would like to be named. Money comes with strings.

ETA: Here's a less traditional/formal option with your parents named, if that's what works for you.

    Ann Susan James
daughter of Karen and Anthony James
