Wednesday Accountability

Good morning ladies! I'm super excited this morning because I was able to squeeze into a pair of my size 6 pants today. It's been close to six months since I've been able to wear them and a week or two ago I couldn't even button them. YAY!

pre run snack: Sport beans (50c)
B: bowl of Raisin Nut Bran (196c)
S: peanuts (80c)
L: Lebanon balogna sandwich (300c)
S: peanuts (80c)
D: no idea

E: 3 miles (under 33 minutes... woot!) (+314c)

T = 706-314 = 392... so I have close to 1,000 calories for dinner. I don't think I'll come anywhere close, but DH and I are going out to dinner and I see a glass of wine in my future.

    L- lentils with a tomato curry sauce
    S- apple?
    D- vegetables and tofu in a coconut curry sauce

  • that's awesome tiger!!  I have a couple of pencil skirts that I can fit into, but I'd like to be a little looser.  hopefully I'm not too far behind you.

    B:  WW english muffin, scrambled egg + egg white, leftover fajita veggies, mont jack cheese and salsa
    S:  watermelon, hot tea with honey
    L:  fajita steak and veggies over salad with avocado and a toasted WW tortilla, a few bites of latin rice and roasted green beans
    S:  fruit salad
    D:  baked spicy lemon pepper chicken with a fresh broccoli/bacon salad

    extra S:  sm banana and PB

    E:  either 2 mi cardio, JM yoga, or 30DS L1.

  • B- Coffee and granola bar
    L- Lentil Soup and salad
    S- Apple
    D- Idk I feel pretty icky today and I don't feel like cooking.

    E- I'll probably go for a walk and clean my apartment before the weekend.

  • B: Saltines
    L: Soup and saltines
    D: We'll see how I'm feeling but most likely soup

  • B: Banana-egg pancakes topped with 1T cashew butter, 1T jam, coffee (392 cal)

    L: Turkey and swiss w/baby spinach and mayo on sandwich thin, carrots, grapes (405 cal)
    S: 5oz chobani 0% strawberry, 1/2 cup fiber one raisin bran (202 cal)
    D: Chicken Fajitas and 1/3 cup black beans (453 cal)

    E: Kenpo X (HRM, which didn't break this morning says: 535 cal burned)

    net: about 1200. might eat a snack after dinner, but I'm baking a cake which will lead to sampling :) 
  • We ended up not going out for dinner last night, so we're making up for it tonight.  I ended up making grilled chicken and veggies last night.
    B- shredded wheat and skim milk, banana
    S- watermelon
    L- thai chicken lean cuisine
    D- H decided on a really yummy Italian place and I can't wait for a glass of wine
