ATL trip recap

Hey sissy's..I'm baacckkkk !!! Thank you all for the prayers.

FI and I made it to ATL and back home safe and sound ! We had a great time down there and was even able to enjoy some of the final four festivites in downtown ATL.

So we did go and look at 4 places. 1in Loganville and 3 in Lawrenceville.

Place1: its a townhouse, very spacious, lots of closet space, up and down stairs, bedrooms are nice and big with lots of closet space along with lots of closets thru out the place. Washer and dryer, nice size kitchen, lots of cabinets, and counter space. There is swimming, playground area, and a fitness center. All electric. Gotta pay water but no gas. I love this place !!!

Place2: I/we did not like this place at all. It is smaller than where I live now and it just didn't feel homely to me. On top of that they charge you crazy fees like a fee for the water bill, a fee for bringing your own washer and dryer, etc. So I'm like I'm good on that place.

Place3: 2nd place I loved too. It has everything..lots of closets and space. Very spacious, kitchen is nice and roomy, nice counter space, lots of cabinets, a pantry, ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms. Living room is nice and spacious. Bedrooms are very roomy and spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Bathrooms have nice size counter space and tubs. Lots of closet space in bedrooms. Washer and dryer hookup and it has the pool, fitness center and playground area. Private like patio with patio doors. Close to major hwy. 2thumbs up !!

Place4: had some of the same qualities as 3 except not a lot of closet space, I didn't like the fact that instead of patio doors its a regular door to go out on patio/balcony. I like to have a patio with a screen door to be open in summer time. With the door there is no screen or screen door. The plus side of it is its a gated community and you have to buzz your guest in via your cellphone..the downside to the gate is it tends to get jammed from time to time. It would be my luck I'm running late and the gate is jammed and I can't get out..that kinda turned me off lol

So..drum rollllllllllll....

We picked place 3 !! Also what I liked about place3 there are a lot of nail shops around and if I can get a job at one of them that would be a bonus. Place 3 gave me a homely feeling, I could imagine myself living there . Of course I read some reviews about the place and it had some bad ones. But when you move into an apt complex your going to get that. There was some bad reviews about the place I live in now and it hasn't all been bad living there. I figure in a year if things are not working out we can always move. By then we'll be a little more familiar with the area and can really look for what we want.

The only reason why we didn't pick place 1 is because loganville is like being out in the country and we wanted to be in a more city like place. The one thing i didnt like is the half bath is right off the dining room and i dont want to be eating at the dinnet table and someone uses the bathroom and stinks up my dininh room and then i cant eat my food lol..

So will be moved by July 13.

Now the ruff part is just the moving and I can't wait for it to come and be over with !
