Bachelorette Weekend!

So, I'm aware that this is oddly early because the wedding isn't until July 6th, but my MOH will be in the Phillipines doing an overseas nursing placement later in the spring and Easter weekend was the best time to get everyone together... my bachelorette party is this weekend!  I'm so excited, we are staying in a chalet at a spa about 45 minutes from here.  I don't know what they have planned for me, but I don't care!  My mom is flying in from another province, and a really great friend of mine is driving like 13 hours to be here.  Is anyone else starting to think about bachelorette parties yet? (or having their friends start to think about it)

    Sounds like you'll have a great time! Im planning just to do a day at the beach with my MOH and BM. One had a baby and the other a wedding to pay for so it'll be a quick small getaway.

    Have fun!! FI just got back from his bachelor party this past Monday, so don't worry about it being "early". When you're working with people who live far away, you do what you can!

    We are! We're planning on going to Vegas on June 8th weekend. I'm so flippin' excited for it! I just hope things won't be too chaotic on the wedding front that will prevent me from having a good time in Vegas, but I'm sure it'll be fine.

    We are going to vegas as well! June 14! im soo excited because they planned everything and i know nothing about it! I've never been to vegas while of age, but countless times as a kid. So I am stoked to get crazy on the strip!

    @missKris.. did you already book your rooms and stuff? thats EDC weekend and prices literally triple that weekend! Fi is going on the 28th ( Yea.. week before the big day) and his hotel wouldve been 210$ that weekend, but its 65$ the weeend after! (At ballys, his GM booked them 2 months ago too)

    @Crys Yes everyone already booked their flights and my sister booked our rooms :-) My sister (MOH) is super on top of it with everything and they booked everything like two months ago. Not sure where we're staying but I'm guessing either one of the city center hotels, MGM Grand, or Planet Hollywood. I know she had wanted to book a suite but prices were out of control so she ended up getting 2 adjoining rooms instead(there are 7 of us). I can't wait!!

    oh okay good! Yay! so weird theres 7 of us too! I wish I knew sommething! I just know when I was trying to book flights they were soo expensive! I booked my flights to my hometown and im going to drive with everyone down (its 3 hours from where im from). and was 1/3rd the price each way!

    I had a shower in march so I don't think it's too early for a bachelorette! We are doing NYC the Thursday before the wedding for my bachelorette because it was really the only time that will work. I don't drink a lot so I'm not worried about it. I just want to have a fun night out with my friends.

    Sounds like you will have a really nice weekend. My bridal party is planning a surprise bachlorette weekend on June 6-9. I was told to take off of work for 4 days, and that's all they will let me know. I don't know why it has to be a surprise. They know I don't like surprises and so they are probably just doing it to me because they know if I am not in control it will drive me nuts!
