I sent her my address through a text to someone I realized when I was looking back at the text I sent I see that I didn't capitalize the street or town name..does that matter or will the post office still deliver it to you??

Street names, town names, state names, etc are all proper nouns and should be capitalized.

It's first grade grammar. She probably figured out that when you sent the text you missed the capital.
