Photogragher question

Hi, I'm new here, was wondering if anyone knows how long I should have my photograpgher on my wedding day. The wedding is from 11am-4:30pm I don't know how long before or after we should hire him for. Any feed back would be a help! Thanks : )

Re: Photogragher question

  • It really all depends on your timeline of the day. No one can tell you EXACTLY how long you will need a photographer. When are you getting your hair and make-up done? Are those photos important to you? Are you on a budget? Asking yourself some of these questions will help YOU decide how long you will need one for.
  • I wanted my photographer from the time I got dressed until the end of the night so I scheduled her for 8 hours.  If you're not dong a grand exit, some girls just have them stay through toasts, cake cutting, etc. It really depends on what shots you want like the PP said and also how you are structuring the day (first look, pictures before the ceremony, etc.).  Any photographer you meet with should be able to help you.
  • Thanks ladies :) That helps alot!  It's alot to think about, so far I have my dress, a dj, and the place. . . . . trying to set up a picture or "our story" on this website has been the toughest lol!

Different photographers will offer you differnet packages. The longer they are there the more the cost will go up. Decide what you can afford and then go from there. Our photographer will be there from when we get ready until the end of the night.
