  My FI is also not sleeping well (due to wedding and job stress). FMIL gave me a recipe for ginger root tea, something she made for him as a child and would knock him out. Still does. Take a ginger root and mash it up a little bit to allow the juices to get out. Then boil it in water for about 12 minutes. Heat up about 1/2 a cup a milk in the microwave, then add some ginger water to the warm milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon, stir, and drink. It's actually pretty good!
