meal plan ROUNDUP, y'all!

Saturday Dinner - Mexican Lasagna (hopefully H won't notice it's meatless), side of fruit or salad

Sunday Lunch:  spaghetti with a Lucini sauce, salad, WW garlic bread
Sunday Dinner:  sandwiches or snackies

Monday:  ST ckn francese, MS warm bean salad

Tuesday:  lemon rosemary grilled chicken, veggie kabobs, ST broccoli and orzo

Wednesday:  crockpot Asian ribs or shoulder blade roast, brown rice medley, roasted broccoli

Thursday:  grilled London Broil steaks, asparagus with balsamic tomatoes, baked potatoes

snacks:  trail mix, fresh fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, grapes, strawberries, kiwis), banana with PB, paleo broc/bacon salad, Wallaby yogurt, cheesesticks

  • So last week when this was posted I sort of gave an idea of what I planned to do,  not much of it happened to be honest.  I would wind up not being in the mood for something or didn't have enough time to cook.  This week will be hard
    M- I may try to experiment makins some lentil burgers or something I need to do something with my leftover cooked lentils (suggestions are welcome)
    T- dinner out with family
    W- dinner out a friend
    Th-acorn squash with stuffing
    F- tacos or pasta marinara sauce

    We'll see if I can kind of stick to this we'll see.

    Anniversary

  • Saturday- leftovers from the restaurant tonight
    Sunday- my parents are taking us out for dinner for H's birthday and I'm probably going to get the grilled shrimp and avocado salad...AMAZINGGG
    Monday & Tuesday- oceana's crockpot pulled pork from her blog post yesterday, some vegetable from the freezer
    Wednesday-fajitas with chicken, onions, and bell peppers, side of black beans

  • I'm only posting dinners. I will figure out lunches later but my goal is to eat NO frozen lunches next week and I have all of Sunday free so I should be able to prepare some stuff for the week then.

    Sa: Out to dinner with my parents
    Su: Grilled chicken, sweet potato, steamed veggies
    M: Pasta with ST crockpot turkey meatballs (that I'm planning to make Sunday)
    T: Turkey burgers
    W: Out to dinner with Aud! 
    F: Crockpot chicken tacos (over salad for me)
