First of all, I'm so sorry I've been neglecting this board...I miss posting here everyday!! Life has just gotten kind of hectic and sad lately...my mom passed away in February, and my grandpa just passed away on monday...so getting back into wedding planning has been kind of difficult, but I know I need to focus on some happy stuff. Not to mention I only have 78 days! This weekend I'm going to kind of take it easy, but I'm going to order the flowers (we are DIY-ing) and book the limo.What's everyone working on?

    I am spending the weekend vistiting FI and then I will finish my table runners on Sunday. I also need to get to JoAnns and check on a few things my mom mentioned. Things like pre cut papre squares to go in our candy favor picnic baskets.

    Engagement pictures and meeting with the music director at the church for us, and packing for Aruba for me.. we leave for my bachelorette party there very eary Thursday morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    So sorry to hear about your loss!

    This weekend, our big wedding goal is to get registered! I've started a small registry online with Target mainly for some bedding that I like there. But we need to get our main registry at Bed Bath and Beyond done.

    My other big project for the weekend is to wrap up this semester in grad school. Once that is done, I can focus a lot more attention on getting our invitations done.

    i'm sorry to hear about your loss! keep staying busy with wedding planning and the happy thoughts will overcome the bad!
    this weekend i have a meeting with our wedding planner to decide lots of things! setup of the room, meal times, dessert times, pick which hors d'oeurves will be passed around at cocktail hour, linen colours.... lots of decisions!
    and then after that i have my first dress fitting :)
    my next big project after this weekend will be to start our DIY escort cards & table numbers! it's gonna take us a while and I'd love to get it done asap!

    My mom is coming up this weekend to work on my dress! This will be my final fitting so I am working my butt of right now and have been all month. That's all wedding related that is happening this weekend probably. Hoping to finish the baby blanket for my new nephew and lots of work. Picking up extra hours for some extra money. :)

    I am also sorry for your loss and will send good thoughts and prayers your way :)

    This weekend is engagement photos for us, which means spending the day tomorrow shopping/tanning/getting nails done, etc. I am really excited to have some professional photos of us and can't believe I originally dismissed the idea of having them done!

    We also need to go see my grandparents and talk through the invitations. My grandpa has impeccable handwriting so he's the lucky recipient of the hand-addressing job :)

    We still need to register, too, glad I'm not the only one who hasn't yet. I hope to get it done next weekend, along with our cake tasting (w00t!)

    Hi!

    Going bridesmaid dress shopping with one of the 2 left to order their dress on Sunday. I will be picking up my dress then as well! Today I am probably going to go visit the lady who is doing our cake with my mom to get an idea of cost etc.
