Armpit hair removal

I need suggestions for removing armpit hair. Shaving sometimes leaves bumps, and because my hair is dark it can be seen under the skin, making it look like there is stubble even though I just shaved. I can't afford laser hair removal, but haven't tried other methods (waxing, nair, etc). Any suggestions? I definitely don't want stubble to show in my strapless wedding gown!

    Wow! That's a good deal! I am also in the Minneapolis area and will definitely look into that! I hate under arm hair! Lol!

    I had the same problem. Shaving always left bumps and stubble. I would suggest trying an epilator. They work great! It is kind of like waking because it pull out all of the hairs, but it is less messy, and I think it hurts less. It does hurt the first time, but it hurts less after that. Also, your skin will be red for quite a while afterwords, but it will go away.

    Here is the epilator I use, it is very inexpensive.

    Shave as usual and then use a personal shaver to finish the job.  I love my Hairerazor.com.
