Bridal entrance

So, I've been tossing around the idea of walking down the isle to a love song rather than the tradional bridal march or whatever.  I only have one question for you ladies that might have or might be doing this, since songs are around 3 minutes and it will take less than a minute to walk down the aisle, what do you do for the rest of the song?  Do you stand there and wait til the song finishes?

Well if you have a band they can cut the song off whenever they want to, when you arrive at the altar.

  • I just had the BP walk in to the same song. We still had to fade it out at the end, but I liked being able to hear more of it and come out during a cresendo, rather than when it first started.
